Quickcomp Classic Comp Mount
This was my first design project with Quickmount PV. The goal was to update the company's flagship product to make it look more professional, and to work with the OEM to optimize the part for casting. The biggest change was to add a ridge to the bottom edge so that when excess material was trimmed from the casting the edge would not chip. In the images, the redesigned version is on the left and the original is on the right.
